Opening — Set the tone (2 min)

"Before we get into anything, I want you to know this is not a session where I tell you what you should be doing. We are going to look at your actual situation together and figure out what makes sense for you specifically. There are no right answers here."

"I pulled up your profile before we got on. You came back as [her profile]. When you read that — what felt most accurate?"

If the profile felt off Do not defend it. Say: "That is really useful to know. Tell me what felt off." Listen and use what she tells you as your baseline instead.
Rapid Context (8 min) — use what applies

"Are you making any money from what you're building right now, even if it's inconsistent?"

"How much time do you realistically have in a week — after the kids, after everything else?"

"How urgent is the income piece? Do you need something moving soon or do you have a little breathing room?"

"How long have you been working on this?"

"What made you decide to do this session today?"

"If you had to guess — what do you think is the real reason [Y] is not working?"

Phase 3 of 4 — The Most Important Part

Priority & 90-Day Direction

Remember She will want to address everything at once. Your job is to help her identify what deserves her attention first — not to restrict her, but to give her a clear place to lead from. Prioritizing is not limiting. It is how she builds momentum without burning out.
Priority Identification (15 min)

"Based on everything you've told me — what do you think deserves your attention most right now?"

"Here is what I'm hearing from everything you told me today..." [Summarize in 3–4 sentences. Be direct and specific.]

"The priority I would recommend is [specific thing]. Here is why." [One or two sentences. Be clear. No hedging.]

"Now I want to talk about what makes sense to set aside for now — because protecting your priority is part of how you make it work."

90-Day Direction (10 min)

"Let's talk about what the next 90 days actually look like if you stay focused on this priority."

"At the end of 90 days, what would have to be true for you to feel like this was worth it?"

"Here is how I would frame your 90-day priority:"

Format: "For the next 90 days, [name] is prioritizing [primary] so that by [date] she has [specific outcome]."

"Does that feel realistic given your time and your situation right now?"
